Turuncu Motors

Our Story

Turuncu Motorcycle Rental was established in 2011 as a motorcycle rental company in Istanbul. From the very beginning, we focused on growth and aimed to expand throughout the country. In 2014, we opened our second office in Antalya — and the Mediterranean coast became our home. Today, we offer motorcycle rental services to customers from all around the world, and we are proud to be Antalya's longest-running motorcycle rental company.

Our company continues its service with more than 15 different motorcycle options across Istanbul and Antalya. The rental motorcycle types in our renewed fleet cover scooters, manual bikes, and adventure motorcycles — giving every rider the right machine for the right road, regardless of experience level or riding style.

We work with a focus on full customer satisfaction. Our mechanical engineers inspect and clean every motorcycle before each rental, so you can ride with complete peace of mind. We are not a car rental company that also does motorcycles — we are motorcycle people, and every decision we make reflects that commitment.

Antalya is one of Turkey's most rewarding motorcycle destinations. The D400 coastal road follows the Turquoise Coast for hundreds of kilometres, passing through the harbour town of Kemer, the ancient ruins of Perge, and the dramatic limestone cliffs above Olympos. Inland, the Taurus Mountains offer switchbacks, pine forests, and hidden valleys that most tourists never reach by car or bus. The right motorcycle transforms a holiday into a genuine adventure — and that is exactly what we are here to provide.

Every motorcycle in our fleet is maintained by our full-time technical team — certified automotive engineers who inspect brakes, tyres, lights, engine fluids, and chain condition before every single handover. We do not use subcontractors or outsource maintenance. If a motorcycle fails our pre-rental safety checklist, it stays in the garage until the issue is resolved. This uncompromising approach to maintenance is why we have earned more than 536 verified Google reviews with a 4.9-star average across fifteen years of operation.

All rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance as standard — there are no surprise charges at the end of your rental for normal riding incidents. Every rental also comes with a certified helmet, a security lock, and a rain poncho included in the daily rate. Roadside assistance is available across the Antalya region via our dedicated WhatsApp line, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.

We deliver motorcycles directly to Antalya Airport, all major hotels across the city, and private addresses throughout the province — including Kemer, Belek, Side, Alanya, and Lara Beach. Airport delivery is coordinated with your flight arrival time: simply provide your flight number when booking and we manage the rest. For rentals of three days or longer, delivery and return collection are offered at no additional charge.

Our fleet is structured around three riding styles to match every skill level. Scooters — including the Yamaha NMAX 155, Yamaha Neos 4, and TVS Jupiter 125 — are ideal for city touring and require only a standard car driving licence. Manual bikes such as the Yamaha MT-25 and Honda Forza 250 suit riders ready for mountain roads and longer distances. Adventure motorcycles — BMW R1250 GS, Honda Africa Twin 1000 DCT, Yamaha NC750X DCT, and Yamaha Tracer 700 — are equipped for multi-day touring across any terrain.

Our team speaks English, Turkish, German, Russian, and Arabic. Whether you are arriving from Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else, we can assist you in your language. Approximately 40 percent of our customers arrive from Turkey, while Germany, the United Kingdom, Russia, and France represent our largest international segments. Most online reservations are completed in under two minutes, and WhatsApp enquiries are answered within the hour during business hours.

We share our favourite routes, warn you about current road conditions, and always answer the phone. When you return the bike, we want you to feel the ride was worth every kilometre — that is the standard we set for ourselves in 2011, and it is the standard we hold every day. Turuncu Motors is more than a rental company: we are your gateway to the roads that make Antalya extraordinary. Whether you are planning a solo trip, a couple's coastal tour, or a group adventure through the Taurus Mountains, we are here to make every detail easy — so you can focus entirely on the ride.

Why Riders Trust Us

Founded by Riders, Run by Engineers

Turuncu Motors was started in 2011 by a team of motorcycle enthusiasts who had spent years riding across Turkey and saw firsthand how poor the rental experience was — dirty bikes, no roadside support, and staff who had never ridden. We built the company from the opposite direction: certified automotive engineers handle every inspection, and our customer-facing team are active riders themselves.

25-Point Pre-Rental Safety Inspection

Every motorcycle in our fleet goes through a structured 25-point checklist before each rental: tyre pressure and tread depth, brake pad thickness, chain tension and lubrication, all lights and indicators, clutch and throttle feel, engine oil level, coolant level, battery condition, and frame integrity. The checklist is signed off by a named technician before every handover — not a generalised 'maintenance schedule', but a per-bike, per-rental verification.

ECE 22.06 Helmets — The Current EU Standard

We provide helmets certified to ECE 22.06, the current European standard adopted in 2022, which replaced the older ECE 22.05 certification. Most rental operations in Turkey still issue helmets to the older standard. All helmets are cleaned and sanitised between rentals with UV-C disinfection equipment. Helmet fit is checked at handover — a helmet that does not fit correctly is replaced before you leave.

Transparent Pricing — No Hidden Charges

The daily rate shown on our website is what you pay. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance is included in every rental — we do not sell it as an optional extra. The certified helmet, security lock, rain poncho, and 24/7 WhatsApp support are all included. The only optional additions are a CE-certified jacket and gloves. There is no fuel surcharge, no cleaning fee for normal use, and no credit card pre-authorisation hold.

15 Years — 12,000+ Completed Rentals

Since 2011 we have completed more than 12,000 motorcycle rentals across Istanbul and Antalya without a single unresolved customer dispute. Our 536+ Google reviews — independently verified and collected over fifteen years — represent real customers, not invited reviewers. The 4.9-star average is the result of consistent daily standards, not occasional excellence. We have been the most-reviewed motorcycle rental in Antalya on Google since 2019.
