Alanya is around a 90-minute drive east of our Antalya office along the D400, and we cover that distance for you: the bike arrives fuelled and inspected, with a helmet in your size, full insurance papers and a quick handover. The signature Alanya ride is the D400 itself — a wide, well-maintained coastal highway with the Taurus mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Westbound it runs through Incekum and Side toward Antalya; eastbound it continues past Gazipaşa toward the quieter coves of the eastern shore. In town, the loop up to Alanya Castle and the 13th-century Kızıl Kule (Red Tower) is a short, scenic climb with panoramic views over the harbour and the twin bays.

For coastal cruising and short hops between resorts a 125–300cc scooter is perfect — effortless in traffic and light on fuel. If you plan to push inland into the Taurus foothills toward Dim Cave and the Dim River valley, a Honda NC750X or a mid-size adventure bike gives you the extra range and comfort for the climbs.
