The terms below govern motorcycle delivery, reservation cancellation, and refunds of payments collected online.
1. Delivery
The motorcycle is delivered at the selected pickup branch on the reserved date and time. Airport or hotel delivery is available on request; delivery fees and terms are stated during reservation. A valid driving licence and ID are required to collect the vehicle.
2. Cancellation
For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time, the full online prepayment/deposit is refunded.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup, or in case of no-show, the prepayment/deposit is non-refundable.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original card via iyzico. Depending on bank processing, refunds may take 3–14 business days to appear.
4. Changes
Date/model change requests can be made free of charge, subject to availability, at least 48 hours before pickup.
