BMW GS Motorcycle Rental Antalya

Both BMW models in the Antalya fleet are GS Adventure versions with a manual six-speed gearbox. The F800 GS ADV has an 800 cc parallel twin and is the lighter of the two. The R1250 GS ADV has a 1250 cc boxer twin and is the larger touring model.

The GS models suit multi-day trips on long, winding roads, such as the Lycian coast road to Kaş or the mountain loop to Avlan Lake and Elmalı. Both need a full A licence, and the age requirement is higher than for the rest of the fleet. The figures for each model are in the list below.

Licence classes: B (car) for scooters up to 50 cc, A1 up to 125 cc, A2 up to 395 cc and a full A licence above that. The minimum age is 21. For the BMW GS models it is 25, with a full A licence. Licences from EU countries, the UK, Australia and most other countries are accepted. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, carry an International Driving Permit with it.

A security deposit is taken at handover and returned when the bike comes back in the agreed condition: €150 for scooters, €300 for manual motorcycles, €500 for adventure bikes and €700 for large touring bikes.

Compulsory third-party (traffic) insurance is included in every rental. Comprehensive cover for damage to the rented bike and for theft is optional and costs €15 per day. A helmet is included in the price. Daily distance limit: 150 km for 50 to 500 cc, 200 km for 600 to 900 cc and 250 km for 1000 cc and above.

Delivery to or collection from Antalya Airport costs €60 one way; each direction is charged separately. For delivery to a hotel or another address, the fee depends on the distance and is stated in the booking confirmation. The Antalya office is open every day from 08:30 to 20:00.
